Danielle performed her first lead on the classic "I Really Love the Lord" when she was just six years old, with her youth choir at Christ Fellowship Baptist Church (Brooklyn, NY). She fell in love with singing then!
Fast forward to January 2008 when she joined the New York Fellowship Mass Choir, under the leadership of the late Rev. Timothy Wright. She was content as a background singer until the Godfather of Gospel discovered her voice. She continues to be a dedicated lead vocalist in that ministry and is the featured lead on the Timothy Wright Memorial Choir's hit single, “God Has Been So Good.” Also a faithful member of the revamped New York Fellowship Mass Choir - The Next Generation, under the leadership of Pastor David Wright, Danielle revives the female lead on the classic remake "Who's On The Lord's Side," released in January 2014.
In 2012, Danielle debuted as the first solo recording artist on the independent label, Godfather Records, with the release of "Conqueror." She received five Rhythm of Gospel Awards nominations for the project, including both CD of the Year and Song of Year. She took home the award for Praise and Worship Song of the Year in July 2014.
Danielle is often quoted saying, “Music is how God and I communicate with each other.” She presents an open invitation to all, to join in the intimate conversation, with the release of her sophomore live recording, "Overflow" (August 2016).
